Haha yeah man going from the same exact tires!! My buddy who is an engineer for Toyota who has a couple awesome land cruisers and wheels all the time, told me that the load range C's would be good for my truck and I trust his opinion.

Haha well damn, do you daily drive your truck? I drive my wife's car to work and stuff so I'm hoping the tires will last me a while.

I did when I had those tires, I don't right now. Ended up buying some range D 315's hankook ATP's .. best tire I've ever ran so far and I've had about 12 different sets of tires across 3 - 2nd gen tacos.

Right on brother. Thanks for your input. Hopefully since I don't daily drive my truck I'll get a good amount of time out of these. And if not then I know for next time and I'll keep those hankooks in mind!

I'm not a expert on tires but from all that I've read range C tires are ideal for our trucks I wish my KO2's were C range but they only had them in D. I had E range and though they felt indestructible the ride was spartan for a DD. I think you will do very well because your truck is not a DD and those are just some bad ass looking tires, I LIKE IT!!

If you run spacers, you better chop that mount and beat the shit out of that firewall because the amount of back spacing those wheels have suck (mine are the same) if you decide no spacers then you'll rub on the frame at full lock too.. You can't win

^^^^ This is true before I went to 35's I had the CMC done and had to also beat the hell out of the fire wall and pinch welds so much that the plastic fasteners poped out of places I did not know existed also had to use some welders in a tube you know to stop the leaks. Of course you are a welder and all of this is a piece of cake I don't see any trouble for you fitting these on the truck. Good luck with the install man.

I'm hoping they work out nicely. Hoping they balance well and everything too.

Haha that's the effed up part about 35's is doing all the crap to make them fit. I might end up with like 1/2" spacers. I'm gonna see what I can do to make it all work out nicely. It'll be worth it for how awesome they are!

I'm ordering mine next week just so I have them on hand when I go for tires. I have a local shop I use for my tire mounting/balancing/alignment. Family business, been going there for years. Super knowledgeable about tires and backspacing on wheels and such from lowriders to muscle cars to off-road. They also do the balancing beads and install, but I can get then cheaper straight from Dyna.

x2 on the Dyna Beads. I used the larger offroad beads and it balanced my 35's pretty damn good. I figure just spend the extra money for the beads and I wouldn't have to worry about some knucklehead putting a bunch of weights on my wheels incorrectly.

How close to 35" are your tires when mounted?
