Best part about an expo trailer is you just leave the camping gear in it. You just have to pack food and clothing for each trip. Makes life way easier.

I have a pass through garage so I'll probably just leave all my gear in the trailer and bring the trailer through the garage and store it in the corner of my backyard so it's nice and safe

I love that setup dude. How far off of the door does it stick out when it's closed up?

Sweet. I wanted to do a camp kitchen off the back of my swingout on my truck but I think it'll definitely be more practical to do it off of the trailer door like yours

The blade on ours will flex too if you push too hard. But that thing will make a nice milled cut as long as you allow the blade to pull through the material. And it cuts fast! Can but through a piece of 1.75 od x .120 wall dom is about 3 seconds.

Welded in this spring loaded latch so I can keep the door closed :D

Was originally gonna use the sliding spring loaded pin below it but ended up hating it so this will work a lot better. Just gotta cut off the one below it

The hardest thing I'm running into is finding a place around me that sells the metal... It's like nothing but sheet metal. I've already got the list of items and cost. And I'll run some 35s that I have laying around. :)

Luckily I have a friend who works at a metal place and that's where I get all mine. It's only 10 mins away from my house too!
