Does anyone know if there are any adjustments for the factory TRD PRO shocks? I just got my 2020 Trdpro and it's a bit stiff for my taste.

It’s supposed to be stiff so when you go faster or hit big bumps it’s smoother. No adjustments to make. People will probably suggest to get Kings but that will be a waste after shelling out money for your Pro. But you may be able to sell the Fox’s for a pretty penny.

people really underestimate the effect tire pressure has on ride. 5-10 psi makes a noticeable difference

A lot of guys buy the Pro then dump the suspension for icon, king, Fox, etc. I’ll buy the fronts if you want to sell them. You won’t have a problem selling the rears.

Yup +1. Adjusting the PSI and changing tires can make a huge difference. Also let your truck get settled in a bit and you used to it. What did you drive before the Pro? That contrast can be huge.

Honestly I like the firmness of the Pro shocks (haven't experienced the retuned) because I feel more connected to the driving surface, the other trims felt squishy and vague to me.

    (1) The suspension will break in over time and soften up a little bit. Give it 5k before you start looking at other options.
    (2) Check your tire pressure because mine was set to 38psi from the dealer and knocking that down to 30 takes the jarring out.

$3,300.00 for non adjustable shocks. Rip it all off like most people do, sell it for about $1,500.00 and get some better stuff for a lot cheaper. Hell front and rear Kings Extended Travel with Resivior's and Adjusters is about $2,800.00

Like others said, check air pressure on door jamb and adjust accordingly. My 2019 Pro rides beautiful on surface streets.

Hmm .... the 17, 18 & 19’s are all good from what I’ve heard. Guess the changes for the 20’s made them firmer ... or they just need to be “broken in”

I know it probably doesn't come with the adjuster knob, but are these fox TRD pro shocks rebuild-able/ revalable?

    edit*
If so tear them apart and replace the outer compression shims (largest diameter shims on the bottom of the shock piston) with thinner ones. That would help soften low speed dampening for smaller bumps around town.

I'm sure you can find instructions on disassembly somewhere.

If you are a frail ass bitch then you can probably just ship them off for a re-valve from fox or who ever (100 bucks?).

No you heard right. It’s fine. The only difference in the 2020 was the retune for the lighter wheels. Doubt that is much of a tune.
Hence why everyone is so savage on here trying to buy the OPs suspension.

Is your tire air pressure set to the factory recommendation on the drivers door jamb? TRD Pro Fox “take-offs” are selling used for around $1500.

Which is bananas, when a person looking to buy fox shocks could get get actual off road applied, adjustable and rebuildable shocks for the the same amount of money.
