2003 trd prerunner xtra cab with the stock bilsteins front and back, 70,000 miles highway and city. Very tiny triple bounce front and back on all 4 corners. R they still ok? And thoughts on how long these should last with that mileage and driving conditions? Thx

After I push it down it bounces maybe 1/2 an inch and then I can feel it move up and down twice but just a hair each time. Probably can't even see it it do that. Only see it move the little bit on first bounce. Exactly the same on all 4 corners.

Good thought about the speed bumps. Haven't noticed it to be honest. I remember having a mustang with worn out shocks and the front end went up and down like a boat on water:) I'm assuming I should the bump at a bit faster speed then recommended? Within reason of course:) and what should I be looking/listening for?
