Shock oil weeping past wipers

    Sorry if this a stupid question...
    So, I had my coilovers serviced and rebuilt about seven months/ 7k miles ago and 1500 of hard dirt miles. 40k miles on the shafts and internals.
    Recently I noticed a small film of oil around the bottom of the shaft and around the wipers.

    Is it save to say I need to rebuild them again or is a small weep common? Any advice? Anything to look out for?

    What shocks?

    Could be some oil from assembly finally worked it's way out. Clean it off and keep an eye on it, if it pools at the lower rod end and comes back time for some rebuilds.
