Realize there have been many threads on replacement shocks but I have an 09 DC sport which has original shocks. Truck now has 197k miles. Can't complain but when is good time to replace?
    Or if it ain't broke....

Do it up, replace with oem, or put in slightly bigger bilstien 4600s (which are still yellow).

I usually recommend shocks around 100,000miles then push harder as the miles and rust go up.

Most owners don't realize it due to the slow decay over time.

Wonder what the original OEM part is and what would be a good replacement? Recommendations?
