The only thing they could argue is that you were running larger tires than stock, therefore putting more stress on the tranny. I'd be surprised if they say anything at all.

 

but the stress its adding is by the extra weight and forced to use it, if he were extremely overweight could they deny it because he put too much stress on the tranny? i think not

Well thats good its covered, but that still sucks, im kinda worried about this happening to my tranny now since im out at Ocotillo about once or twice a month. Keep us updated on what they said that took a crap in the tranny.

You should be able to. You can get one when your 21 but will cost you a lot more, so you should get one

 

I'm 23 now and in the last couple years I've had three rental cars without problems. I know Hertz is cool about it, but other companies I wanna say are more particular

Yea I heard that if you're under 25 certain companies will charge an underage fee, which Penske did to me when I needed a moving truck . I don't remember this happening with Hertz though

 

Ya I looked into getting one at 21 and it was double the regular cost
