I am wanting to put new shocks on my truck but I don't go offroading just want them for a better ride. Also I want to get a winch bumper and winch later so wanted to know what coils I need also. I have a 3" spacer in front and a add a leaf in rear

Is the winch and bumper for cosmetic reasons only if you don't go off road?
I would go with OME coils, 886 if a heavy duty bumper, and get rid of the spacers. Ride will be better for sure once the spacers are out. That is your real problem, not the shocks. You can go w/ 5100s or OME shocks, either will do the job.
