    I used almost new 2016 Tacoma struts(coils) and shocks I found form a member that upgraded. Nice thing with them is that they give about a 1 inch lift to the front to bring it almost level.

    You wont see the Tokico shocks as you'll find them used. Lots of guys here put lifts on their trucks when they first buy them and pretty much give away stock Tokico shocks.

    Two things to look for on shocks and struts that will tell you it's time to replace. The shock body is oily indicating a seal failure. Bounce testing, if you can make your truck bounce by pressing up and down on the body, then the shocks aren't adsorbing anymore.

    Those are stiff, and provide lift.

    They aren't "stiff". And you can set them at zero. MUCH better ride than stock.

    How stiff they are is relevant to what you are comparing them to. They are stiff compared to stock.
