I know this has been talked about a million times, but I didnt see exactly what I was looking for. I have a 2013 Tacoma 2wd, pre-runner I use for pest control. I need new shocks. I dont do any offroading withe the truck, but I do have a few hundred pounds in the back. I have sumo springs on the back as well. Im looking for a sturdy ride, as smooth as I can get it. I was looking at 5100's, but is that overkill? Im up for suggestions. Thanks!

4600s would work too if you’re not looking at changing ride height up front. 5100s will be fine if you want to pay a little extra for silver instead of yellow and the ability to raise the front.

This^^^^^^. 4600’s are replacements for original factory shocks. But they are way way better and upgraded from the oem shocks. They are almost identical to 5100’s with the exception of 5100’s are for lifted trucks. 4600’s are for non lifted.
4600’s are great shocks (I know, I replaced mine with them)
