Does anyone recall how long it takes to get through the trail?

 

45 min straight through

 

Yeah probably about an hour to Crabtree Meadows. Then maybe another 10 minutes to the pavement.

 

So with dicking around and side trails 1/1.5 hours tops.

 

Nah I still got us covered. My wife went on a bulk shopping spree a while back for a party...she went way off the deep end!

 

Anything yall think i should bring food wise? i wont be camping but ill be there around 8.

 

For the 2pm departure guys from hampton roads meeting at bass pro shop. I want to set up camp while there is daylight. Can any of you guys leave earlier? I'm off between 9am and 10. I want to jet as early as possible.

 

I can leave at 1 maybe earlier I have to pick up chitlins from school at noon

 

Looks like I'm going to leave as early as possible so scratch me off of the 2pm list. I'll get the fire started and try to snag some camping spots. If anybody thinks they can roll at 11am let me know.

 

So who is left on the 2pm Bass Pro meet (Aaron, Jeremy)?

Where are the other trails in the area? I know about the side trails on Shoe, just not the location and difficulty level of other trails near/on the mountain.

 

No real need. If everything goes as planned, I will be leaving Yorktown around noon

 

I don't think I can leave that early. But don't worry. Me and my other tacoma friend will get there.

How many stoves mini grills we gonna have on site? I'm bringing my msr stove and pressurized water contraption so clean up shouldn't be too bad.
