Date is set. We will be meeting the July 30th weekend.

As far as I know Shoe Creek offers some "milder" trails for beginners and stock trucks as well as some tougher lines for the more advanced rigs.

People with more experience with the area and trails feel free to expand.

For those coming in Sat morning we usually ride back out to the gas station to grab a bite to eat and lead the other guys into the trail head.

Just let me know what time is good with everyone to meet on Fri. Then the guys showing up Sat morning can meet us at this gas station at 10 am. I'll have to pull the address off my GPS for the trail head.

    Here is the trail head.

Is this going to be an over night trip? I know there are a couple of campsites along the trail.

A friend and I went out there for the first time yesterday. Had a really good time and definitely planning on going back again. I'm down for any of those dates, as of now.

I'm glad there is solid interest in event. Now it looks like I may need to pony up for some new tires and other toys. :D

Looks like July 30th is the favorite so far. I'll give this thread a little bit longer until locking down a date.

I'm a strong maybe. My new job has me working one Saturday every month or so, so I will hope it's not this one and play as though I'll be there.
