    they never close it. its open year round.

    makes for a really fun trip if you go over in the winter when its snowing. everythings really slick and extremely pretty.

    yea i went out last winter to shoe creek during the one decent snow we had that stuck. it was when we got about 3-4 inches around here. was fun...
