Looks really good Chris! I got my floor and back wall done last night after 8-10 hours split up in 2 sessions. My hands hate me but it already seems to sound a lot quieter so I'm happy.

I pulled the seat on one side and flipped the carpet then did the same for the other. Under the center console is definitely a pain but if you take your time and do proper prep you'll be good. I really didn't cut up my hands until I was trying to finish it late last night. Invest in a trim tool so you don't break the pegs especially if you plan to be lifting the wiring runs underneath the door sill and anywhere those pegs insert either lay the deadener 1/2" away from it or cut out a 1"x1" square so it has room to fully seat.

Thanks for the insight I plan on putting mine in this weekend and possibly ordering one more box for the roof unless I have enough to do floor behind rear seats doors and roof with 2 packs. I doubt it but should be a terrible project I don't feel like doing but have to the damn rattling is driving me nuts

I did the whole inside. I cut it into 6" strips to help make the install a little easier. The back doors used 3 sheets and the front took 4.

Thanks Kris, yeah I was going to wait till this weekend before I tackle the floor and roof. Hopefully I have enough. I bought 3 packs so I guess I'll see. I was thinking at least 10 hrs for the floor. I have some other wiring that I need to do at the same time. Can't wait to be done though. The doors feel so much more solid.

It looks like it'll be around 2.5-3 boxes if I wanted to do the roof in my AC. 2 covers the floor, back wall, and doors with a bit leftover if you want to do some areas twice for added effect. That alone seems to have made a pretty big difference but I'm a military mechanic so my ears aren't quite up to normal standards.

Not sure on a double cab, 10 sounds reasonable though especially since you already know how it lays. I'm excited to do my doors this weekend to really get everything solid.

I can't wait for the rattles to be gone too. Too bad it won't fix the clicking and clacking my suspension makes haha. Maybe if you need more and I need a little more we can split a pack?? I'm in Carlsbad..

That's would be cool I might actually double pack the whole fucking truck just to make the thing sound proof so I don't have to hear the suspension. Well I can't hear it over the music anyways but fuck it

Do you just butt each sheet together edge to edge or do you overlap them slightly?
