Would the ML gold be good for the roof and flooring and the 3750 good for the doors and rear of cab?

 

Yea good question and would one box be enough for an ext tacoma

 

I would use the ML/MC GOLD in areas that have the most noise and biggest audio impact. So the floor and front doors then use the 3750 on the roof and rear doors.
The 3750 Gold is pretty damn thick and quite heavy either way and will be excellent at any location. The MC/ML just have added properties that make them a welcomed addition to the deadening and sound dampening jobs

You can make it work, though its only 60sq feet of coverage(40 from 3750 and 20 from ML/MC. Some people like to do total coverage, some like to do partial.
40 SQ ft generally gets you the doors and rear panel if your very strategic in placement and don't do total coverage.

The ML/MC also act as dampeners(additional acoustic barrier) as well as a deadener.

Well I want to cover the roof and behind the rear seats completely the doors I'll be strategic, flooring when I get brave and time. So put me in for however much will cover that haha

Id recommend 1 pack of 3750 Gold and 1 pack of the MC for 60sq feet
The 4 doors and the back panel will need pretty strategic placements with 40sq
Id personally use the MC on the inner skin of the door panel and then the 3750 on the outer skin to reduce the road noise, and vibration to the maximum and biggest reduction
