Shop for regear of new Taco Pro near Silicon Valley

Hi all - I have a new 2021 Tacoma Pro arriving any day now. All of the 3rd gen taco owners I have talked to who kitted their rigs for offroad/overland tell me a gear change is the first mod I should consider, knowing I will be adding armor, racks, tires, etc. Any recommendations for shops in Silicon Valley / Santa Cruz / Watsonville area that do excellent regear work? Much appreciated!!

Look up Schaffers they participate in the baja 1000 (won their class this ) and specialize in various Toyotas and other vehicles. My buddies have had gear swaps, gussets, suspension installs, fabrication etc.
