I think there is more square footage in the kitchen and living room than my whole house.

Would you be able to hunt on the acreage?

That house is 1,792 sq. feet, our current one is 2 bed, 1 bath and 984 sq. feet...we need more room with 4 people sharing 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

We would be able to hunt on it, I'd also not be giving up our current hunting situation in N.C. as we all 4 have lifetime hunting license here and all it cost us to hunt there is me bush hogging the place once a year.....until the landowner tells me to quit, I'd like to be able to have that option.

Most of the signs in the store are beer advertisements. I have no use for them

There are a couple that aren't beer related that will disappear :goingcrazy:

So....a friend of mine ask me to find him some cultivators for a tractor, found some down the road. A complete tractor with some equipment specific to that model. Told him, gave him the guys number, he said he'd buy it.

After seeing the guy for a year and him asking me when is he coming to get it? I said that's between you and him.

Few months later dude said he was tired of waiting and he was selling it. I bought it.

Told my buddy who wanted it if he wanted it to give me $$$ and I would keep it in my yard until he came to get it.

His FIL sent me a check.

I text him yesterday and told him we were moving and I wasn't taking his tractor with me......crickets.

    It's been 5+ years

Question for the actual machinists here: I need to turn down the diameter slightly on a hitch pin. Said pin is made of the best Chinesium stainless steel; having never machined stainless, is this something best turned at high speed with carbide, or... ??

Carbide, yes. I turn stainless at slower speeds, maybe 500ish RPM. Feed it slow and you should be okay. If you have coolant, that is a big plus.
