    Good Morning everyone :hattip:

Some wild storms went through last night and it looks like more are on the way… Glad I took the opportunity to cut the lawn (more like lawn substitute) after work yesterday, it was getting a bit out of sorts.

    Happy Wednesday.

I mowed all 7 of the in town lawns yesterday so in a way I'm "off" for today, maybe I'll do something productive... :playball:

    All,
Thank you very much for letting me post my "bowl build" in this thread. Everyone was helpful and welcoming and I appreciate that.
In the end, it was just a long project that tested my ability to trudge ahead and finish. Several hours of concentration and 5X more hours of tedium. I'm done and it was very nice to post my progress somewhere, with some sympathetic voices. Appreciate you all. If you lived near me I'm sure we would be friends and share a sweet tea or beer together. Thanks!
    Edit...
My wife told me her friends complain that their husbands like to start projects and never complete them. She said her complaint is, once I get started, I never quit until completed. I told her you can't have it both ways lol.

That is the great thing about this thread, there aren't any particular "rules" about what we do here, we just do our things and share with our friends.

I couldn't turn out those bowls you made with 1000 hours of work, I never met a piece of wood I got along with :( - but I really enjoyed watching your progress building them.

Thanks for sharing & keep it up.
