So.......we get a card in the mail yesterday from a guy we know telling us he and his wife eloped whatever day it was. It was almost a year ago I think. My wife read it and told me about it and said I guess they want us to send them something.

I said send them a card and tell them about our wedding and how we drove off on the tractor to the reception :burp:

We eloped. We never sent out cards after the fact.

Seems a little tacky to me.

I would send them a sympathy card it was something we did to coworkers when they got married .

Since for the most they were scattered all over the country.

Send them a card. Seems appropriate. If you are feeling generous, send a nice card from Hallmark. If you are feeling really, really generous, send them a CD from the prize vault. I suggest this one:

Left cheek, palm and shoulder. Feels alright right now but I'm sure I'll still feel it tomorrow.

46 degrees here today so I took an amble about the estate.

Found this cool fossil rock, remember my driveway is 1600 feet about sea level and I found this about 200 feet back uphill on the property - this didn't get here in a dump truck.

I bet there's a lot more still hidden in rocks in your area then! Definitely a cool AF find!

It was just sitting on the trail waiting for me to find it.
(by eye now or mower in a few months)

There are sheets of shale everywhere here, about a mile away there is a cut into a side hill probably 20 feet high where they occasionally scrape it away with a backhoe to use for driveways.

The rocks make digging for even the smallest project a p-i-t-a...
