I had a bunch of other stuff going this afternoon on so now it's Monday's problem. And probably Tuesday.

When I fired it up afterwards, it started like I had something to prove.

I'll let it sit for the next 14 or so hours and see if it starts. With the old battery, the starter would just click after sitting at work for just over 8 hours.

 

My new coaster, that I started over a year ago. LOTS of lessons learned on this one since it was my first!

I got there before 9:30 and we finished at 6:00...

Temporarily

The frame is now safe & strong, we are going to wire brush down the rest of the rear section and get Rust-oleum in it however my friend needed the truck for the w-end, next week so we put the box back on after doing a temporary fix to one of the bed mounts.

We put a bunch of hours in this week and are both knackered.
After we got the box on I was on the creeper putting in the rear bed bolts, my friend was shifting the box for alignment.
When we were done I had to have him give me a hand so I could get up off the creeper.

 

Stanley seems to be doing fine at home, not happy taking the meds today though.

Last night after reviewing the Vet bill Mrs Green told me if another cat comes in the garage beat up, hungry and needing a home I'm to walk rapidly the other way...
