It actually blocks pretty much nothing. When the first rush of traffic gets going at 3:30am to late at night you can hear just about all of it. :annoyed:

I don't think the dolly counts as an independent trailer.

Back a few years ago (decades :pout: ) a neighbor pulled a 5th wheel camper with a 1971 Oldsmobile 98 2 door coupe. This full frame car weighed in at around 4500 pounds with a 127" wheelbase and was equipped with a 455 V8/Turbo 400 transmission combination and disc brakes.

Really a far superior tow rig to the pick up trucks of the day in many ways.

The car had a 2 receiver hitches, one on each rear corner of the frame. A 4 wheel dolly, probably custom built, connected to the car with the hitches, the dolly had a pedestal that held the fifth wheel hitch at the normal height.

The dolly was designed so the fifth wheel hitch was over the car trunk to reduce the overall length of the combination a bit.

They went to Florida every winter with this set up for at least 15 years.
Wish I had a picture of it.

It was nothing like this "custom" setup shown on a 1972 Chev.

The trailer was a completely stock full size model just like normally seen pulled by a pick up truck.

Now it’s still lawless, yet it’s on the other side of the equation!

One side done, negative 8° angle with a .125" radius. This one weighed 146# when I started, curious how much is coming off. Will weigh when complete.

Boss man saying hurry up then says when you get to a stopping point mill these parts :smack:

Chewing up carbide like pickled okra. Tried ceramic and shattered it, went back to carbide and changed the RPM and feed rate. Doing okay now.

I didn't trust the sheetrock to hold the pin nails, hence the plywood. :D

That and I figured screw holes into the studs would be easier to patch if I ever took it down than a million pin nails holes.

Was gonna suggest PL Premium but you’d have to move out for awhile.
