    I agree with what Drew said and I've seen a couple episodes of This Old House where they repaired mortar joints. I found a couple of their videos online and they said be sure and use the right mortar but didn't say which type to use.

    Any places around you that sell brick, stone, etc. that may could tell you and sell you the right thing? Lowe's may could help but if you have a place nearby that specifically deals with it that may be better :thumbsup:
