Wife asked this morning where the egg holder was..this the end product. I intentionally left the marks to give it a different look.

But are you sure the bracket is strong enough?;)
Spending my day packing for a Cub Scout pack camp out, looking forward to the (Florida) camping season!

Despite the storm we're at work, probably picking up and leaving early after lunch. I cut this huge tube down to these rings, getting material ready to weld up a bunch more "bowls". Just for a frame of reference, the tube these started as costs about $2500.

Stay safe! As said before, the gulf is getting pounded this season. I feel for you guys, we’ve (somehow) been spared in Florida this season. Normally I’ve boarded up 2x from threats by now.

I took basic math to get me through school, never understood trig or algebra :D

I’m not bragging, I’m blessed. This is my sketch I made lastnight with a tape measure and a couple reminders written on it. I’m a visual guy, I envision stuff then make it, it truly is a gift

I went and picked up the switch and made a bracket to hold it. Not sure where I’m going to mount it yet.

Nice, definitely takes some raw talent to do this and some practice on top of it to make it work right and last
