Yes a visit to mom was overdue. She was hesitant to ask me for help so I kept having to ask her do you need this or that, have you got any diet Pepsi etc.
Got her some Neosporin for sores on her foot that looked pretty bad. She should have ask me to get her some Epson salt because it look to me like it needed soak in that. She is able to get around with a walker now and she said it just feels so good to be at her home where she's rented the last 30 years.
I picked her up some egg rolls and sweet n sour sauce and warmed up a egg roll for her. Got her some peanut m&m she said been craving.
So yes it was a fantastic visit.
She said a friend supposed to bring her some salts for her foot. If she's a no show I'll run back out there.

Tell you what Stock, I let mom know I was a little disappointed that some of her metal signage was missing. She wasn't even aware. But that's a different story. Some or couple of her friends must have thought she wasn't coming back and just help themselves. And it ain't anything about any value but I just had you in mind because of more meaningful to someone that collects that type of stuff.
$200.00 isn't squat to me, it's more about a friend thing.

I've been through that with family/friends; it's amazing how horrible people can be over things that are basically worth nothing. Best wishes to your mom.

 

Had to go to the doctor Friday to get some medication for the gout. They had a set of scales that read out loud your weight.
I got on them and it said " one at a time please "

Approximately but I thought I was getting a fair price for our '01 double cab off road when I got rid of it in 2011 for 7k , but it had 100k more miles than that. 3.4l auto.

Good morning Shane and friends I’m doing well. Living each day with a smile to keep my boys on the positive side of things…. Love my boys and they keep me on track and they don’t know it….

Have divorce papers ready and she has a copy…. Nothing happening yet. Just keep on keeping on and pray things work out as best as things can work out for my boys. Hope you all are enjoying this weekend

My baby girl was eating lunch and threw up…..twice. She’s laying in bed with momma now after having a bath. Hopefully she’s okay and that was it

 

Thanks for dropping in. I think of you near every time I visit shop time here. I went through a divorce over twenty years ago, even being mostly my decision then, and not even having kids in the equation, I totally understand the sick feeling of it.
Just saying because we all care about you and the boys, and life is still good My friend.
