The good days before everything was plastic

I do recall some brass being pulled off the new plastic cases before the formula was adjusted from my days hanging out at the gunsmiths learned more there then school .

    I got a 4wheeler back in October.
Put a blade on it last week. Used it Monday. And I've been asking myself why did I wait so long. Will be using tomorrow, expecting 4-8 inches of heavy stuff.

I put a downforce kit on mine from cycle country, it made a huge difference with the wet stuff. The plow can tend to float on it when it gets too deep.

I'll have to look into this downforce kit when I'm shopping. I've seen a couple of ATVs with plow that just didn't look too impressive because of that float.

"Vacation" project of the day - two things that took hours and no one will ever know that I did them.

I've been wanting to move my router for a while to give me better coverage in part of my house. To do that, I needed to run an extension cord as there was no power where I wanted to put it. That meant running it under some ductwork, behind the furnace and water heater and through the floor joists. Once that was done, I had to run a 30' network cable from the modem to the router then another 30' cable from the router to my switch.

I've also been wanting to my the Tivo from the TV that is only used for the PS4 to... literally anywhere else so I moved it over to the now vacant spot by the theater room gear that the router formerly occupied. That involved re-running coax to get the OTA signal to the Tivo so back up on the ladder running more wire. Benefit to moving the Tivo is now I can move the Tivo Mini that I was using in the theater room either to my bedroom or out to the garage. :D

Regarding moving the TVs around yesterday, I have the TV plugged into a wifi receptacle so I can turn the TV off when I'm not at home meaning the kids can't play the PS4. Because I'm a bastard. Unintentional benefit to this plug is it also shows how much electricity is used. Since yesterday doesn't count as that's when the new TV was installed, going off of Sunday's numbers, the plasma used (gulp!) 4.2KW.h. So far today, the TV that replaced it has used 0.56.

And I never did make it to the gym today, either.

I go by the gym at least 4-5 times a week.

I never stop, just go by it on my way to the bank.

You mentioned the plasma and mine is still going it's a Pannasonic 50 or 52" . I believe the power consumption just by how much heat the thing puts off.
