I like occasionally gluing metal together with electricity. Sometimes it even stays stuck together, too! :D

We’ve had some good times together. You’ve burnt me and thrown sparks at me. I’m not sad to see you go, especially after what you did to my eye that time. Would be nice if it had an hour meter on it.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
It has died the final death no more coming back from the brink of death.

Since I always have at least 2 of the same model grinders I strip it for parts .

Funny how a switch or a input cord can allow another grinder to live on.

I had a government contractor my Contact was a great person He would tell me they have meetings about having meetings.

What sucked is I needed him to authorize my entry to the plant no phone calls in meetings.

It was nice to get paid to take a nap.

I didn't want to take up any room on the shelf or the toolbox so I went ahead and put it in the scrap bin :D

That works... for some reason, I always keep mine. I literally have a stack of them on a shelf in the corner of my shed... many from grinders who have gone to that great fab shop in the sky.

I worked on the road the money was good. Yes it bought lots of tools and equipment .

But you do have trade offs your never home, Unless your paying the travel expenses, Some times you got sub pay some times it was your money you lived on.

My friends are scattered across the country rather then having many in the local area you try and stay in touch but you drift apart. Email is some what better .

I was about finished working when the having a camper to live in became popular.

The last thing I wanted to do was any welding if and when I got home. I know welding employees that could work as many hours as they wanted yet still take welding jobs on the side under the table.

Starting out today the insurance is a killer last I knew 3 million in blanket liability to work in most industrial plants. I can only guess that has increased . Have 1 employee workmens Comp is expensive the same with the taxes no wonder so many want to pay in a 10-99

With me the guards stayed on or get kicked off the job.

It was the handles that were tossed !

The small grinders last so much longer using one hand.

I use a handle just enough to actually keep it in the grinder box (unlike the guard), but 99% of the time, my grinders looks just like Shane's.
