I gave him a bowl of water and some food He was quite thirsty and hungry .

He might have been an escaped pet quite calm and friendly When I left for work he looked up from the bed I made then went back to sleep.

Till I got home he had decided to leave. Much better behaved then the neighbors cats

The only thing i have an issue with is snakes. I hate them!!

 

I can't stay in when there's freezing to be done.

I don't think my oil pump and main bearings could keep up with that particular clown..

There cold, then there’s Canada

 

Kinda grew up with ‘em. Lots of ‘em. Koho #6 rocker hook & a good pair of steel toes is all you need. Keeps you in practice on the off season.

 

My first winter above the notches with the snow blowing, wind howling that rattled the windows and lofted the curtains, cold despite the heat cranking- I took some consolation knowing there was an entire country north of me living through harsher conditions

I'm surprised they're able to use a crane that big. Someone must have sweet talked the FAA.

Where is the nearest airport? Helipad? Hospital helipad?

Cranes go up and down every day and there's a TON of communication about them especially with aircraft.

 

It has been a busy (not really) few days: 1 mower downtown + the mower at home and the wood chipper all stored for the winter, fuel run out, batteries removed.
I dumped out the hanging baskets from the porch too.
Only the ZT left to put to bed, maybe tomorrow.

It suddenly turned colder this afternoon about 3 pm, enough of the outdoor stuff for the day.

 

I think I’d buy one of those full fielders to replace the one stolen just to have the tool in my history
