Cat stays in the shop, it's the dern rabbits I'm concerned about, 3 ran out from the front yard last night when we got home from Bible study.

Might have to put some make shift plastic fence up till it sets up

 

A quick stop at the walk-in clinic this morning for some ear problems. Hopefully it's just a combination of wax buildup and sinus pressure.

 

Send the ear wax to @StayinStock we use it to make candles and send out for prizes

 

But how else are you going to get your back blown out and wreck your arms and legs mixing by hand? Cant forget about the numerous wheelbarrow trips back and forth. The screeding,.. oh God, the screeding!

Few things I've learned recently regarding sinus pressure etc...
Per the E-n-t doc
Holding your nose closed, closing your mouth and pressurizing your sinus system by blowing not extremely hard but frequently can be beneficial...too hard you can rupture an ear drum obv/

Wet a couple wash cloths, wring until just moist. Microwave them hot, stick 1 each in a coffee cup and put said cup over your ears and hold in place for a couple minutes. That warm steam will open things up.
