    Truth!

My coworker is one of the best machinist I’ve ever known. He doesn’t make mistakes often but it surprises me when he does.

So when we built on our property it was part of a “rural cluster” so basically they split 15 acres between 6 houses. Not too bad I only see one neighbor but they incorporated an HOA agreement at title signing. I was against it but we did it reluctantly. Not that bad but the shared roads are a hot topic with Amazon drivers doing Mach 20 down the gravel and I’m the designated pothole repairman because I’m the only one with a tractor. Anyways a lot of the properties is woods buffers and we gotta maintain them so who gets the call when a tree falls in the driveway? Same scenario as you by a lot. We put fresh gravel down a couple years back and I took the day off work to grade it without even a beer offered to me. Some are clueless to rural living and ignore all maintenance requirements like weed whacking the blackberries along the road or even running a blower down it to clean off the leaves. It’s always an uphill battle but I do my part so my wife doesn’t have to drive through potholes or mud. Everyone else gets to enjoy that benefit with no rewards my way. I know. Poor me. Neighbor said one time “But you got the fancy tractor and I don’t”. I said “So that means I gotta take care of everyone else’s needs too? That tractor ain’t free”. Really though I got mostly good neighbors and enjoy playing with the driveway but there’s some stuff that really ruffles my feathers sometimes and that’s part of why I didn’t want to be in a HOA. Once we retire I’m selling and moving inland

Got an attorney in the family? I’d reopen the terms of the HOA to ensure all who benefit share in the expenses of maintaining it.

Good for you for keeping it nice for your own but the freeloaders need to pay up!

Well, the little kicker got backburnered.

We have 3 full service appointments with additional installs and diagnostic work on all..annndd.. I'm the only shop guy here today.

Boss told me he guessed I had problems today. I said, nope. It'll either get done or it won't. You might have some staffing issues though:anonymous:

I called Lowe’s. They said I needed to talk to delivery. They transferred me, and hung up.

They also sent me a survey to fill out. Wrong timing on their part. They ain’t gonna like what I answered, or wrote :burp:
