Yeah and she is kicking herself for not turning off the ignition like we are supposed to do when parked. She now has a story!

She is 67 yo. To bail out of a golf cart going 20 mph into yard and not breaking something is a great thing.
    We are blessed.

I'm glad she wasn't hurt badly. My neighbor (66) rolled her ranger last year, broker her clavicle bone. She had to have surgery and it took 6 months to recover. As she related what her doctor said about people of her age, "recovery is typically much slower", but she did well to recover as she did.

@hiPSI , glad to hear the Mrs. escaped without serious injury and that no non-fixable damage happened

Unrelated, in looking at the pics of my truck, both sets of tires are 70R/16s, the ones on the rusty wheels are 245s and the black are 265s. Never noticed what a difference that little bit makes.

Unrelated, ugg, where did the weekend go? Happy Monday everyone, I hope you have a good one :hattip:

Good to hear Mrs hipsi is on the mend. I'll amend the names and use this in our weekly safety message. Better than the same ol step on a crack break your back, don't piss into the wind slapstick humor my guys usually come up with. That's a pretty crazy story. I was gonna make a joke about how there's no way my shed could've withstood an impact like that since I built it with my feet, vs hiPsi's being hand built, but I deemed it inappropriate. Lol

I think I saw a real world test on the 22 lightning pulling a 6000 lb trailer. 75 miles, ran out of charge quickly. I've had my taco pulling a trailer once that was close to 4500 lbs. In to a 45 mph head wind I wasn't impressed with the gas mileage but it had the power, it would have gone farther than that even with the lower MPG.

Holy cow, that goes to show us how quickly accidents can happen at home.
Very glad to hear the wife is going to be ok and just a bruised ego :p mostly.
Let's all stay alert and safe out on our properties.
