Good morning and happy Independence Day, be safe and end the day with the all the same body parts that you started the day with.

 

Only like this because woke up at 05:30 Wed morning and finally got a nap at about 04:00 today .
To explain it is I have an epidural shot yesterday morning and I get insomnia, headache among other side effects. It's gonna get better later.
Anyway happy 4th of July.

 

I was up at 5:00, but I have no explanation.

Can't like but can sympathize.

 

My watch tracks my sleep. Here is my rundown from the time I went to bed last night until I "really" got up.

Asleep at 9:57pm
Awake at 11:38pm
Asleep at 3:25am
Awake at 6:19am (wife hollering that the dog threw up in the bed (I was on the couch))
Asleep at 7:32am
Awake at 10:05am
Sleep time - 6h38m

Sleep score - 59 out of 100 "Needs attention"

No kidding.

 

Alright Shop, Termite spikes are in the perimeter and the crawlspace is sprayed. I think that's enough productivity for today

 

I know once the side effects subside I'll sleep.
