Good morning shop men and ladies, have a great and blessed Friday.
Like @PzTank said, watch out for the other people. They are not watching for you.

Good Friday morning friends! Have a wonderful day :hattip:

Opened up the door to go under the house to run some wire to the chicken coop and there was a small snake. I told Cole to run and get me a shovel. He comes back with his big knife. I said GO GET ME A SHOVEL

I hate snakes. Hate is such a strong word, it's the strongest one I can describe my hate for snakes though :jpow:

@cory02taco I opened up the electrical panel in the house yesterday to put a breaker and wire in. Why did they twist these white wires like this? In case they needed more length sometime?

On top of my normal weekend tasks, I'm planning on 4 oil changes and tire rotations. Things might get messy.

I still need to pick up one filter and a 27mm socket first.

I’m with you about snakes. I’m good as long as they stay away from my space.

Lack of snakes is one plus side to living in the arctic.

From my father’s statements, bends only slightly distort the cable properties, but don’t change the overall specs, since over calculation is always used. My guess is he had a box of 2’ wires, stored as coils. Or, perhaps just the end of his roll…

Not sure on the why, but I know they come that way from the factory.

That makes sense along with what the others said, it goes directly to the neutral bar with the other white wires.

Those are arc fault breakers, the older style came with curly pigtails, the lazy electricians don’t straighten out the pigtail, they leave them like that. The newer style uses a plug on neutral, where the breaker snaps onto the neutral bus and on both styles hot and neutral wires terminate to the breaker.
