Glad you got a cash offer so fast! I see houses on my way to work that have been for sale for months. Others have a sign put out on Friday and an under contract sign on Monday. It took us 8 years to sell ours but I'm thankful everyday for where we are now and not where we were.

Sadie pulled about 20+ of those out of the flower beds Saturday. I could have sent them to you, she took them to the chickens.

Wife and kids gave me this for Father's Day. I'm excited to try it out.

For those that have no idea what they are looking at, it's a magnetic ground for a welder.

Rode down where Cole and I cut the trees down and saw one stump that has a lot of new growth, the others, not so much o_O

That's one reason I don't water our garden... we are on a well, the other reason is we live on the top of the hill and I know water runs down hill. Not sure how deep our well is and I like to take showers before bed :D

The sad thing is the wealth can buy legislature to change most of anything to make the wealthy wealthier.

And one of my biggest pet peeves - two neighbors sprinklers are running... :goingcrazy:

That used to drive me nuts. Across from our old house was a development and the entrance had sprinklers. They ran everyday, raining or not. I told the guy who kept them up multiple times......he didn't care.

Yea I should have spent the extra $175 for a depth and flow test before buying. But money was TIGHT trying to get in here.

In other news it looks like I'm going to need to replace the pressure tank here soon. When I aired it up doing the softener install everything was working much better. Now it's back it its old tricks kicking on after every toilet flush now. Not so much during showers and other stuff, but doing what it was doing. I can't win :annoyed:

Thank you! We’re in a Summer of Transition. Deets to come.

You found your perfect property and we came very close to finding ours. Three + years it took.

The only man made light I see at night is from our generator. I’ll need to do something about that :D

Got 40 sockets to weld in some tubing and I saw a chuck mounted to a bench the other day at a welder friends house so it gave me an idea for these with the old lathe chuck I took off not long ago.

It's not really short cycling yet, just weird the toilets do it, but nothing else does. Only a matter of time though :annoyed:

In other news, working at a friends house I found out if you brush up against the inside of the electrical panel you get awaken real quick... :anonymous:

Oil change man told me what I'd been avoiding, I need tires. Now to decide if I want to ruin a perfectly good stock truck and do the lift I've been kicking around for years.

This is with the 3.5 inch kit.

    2011-2019-chevy-silverado-2500hd-4x4-2wd-3-5-lift-kit-by-tuff-country-no-shocks.jpg

Sorry, to be clear this is not my truck. This is what it would look like with the kit I want.
