I've got shop work that needs done but nothing pressing as far as time to finish is concerned.
Right now at computer looking at other work that's coming up, and then have to cover for 2 different guys absent today. One is a safety meeting and the other a brief for emergency response exercise.

One of our customers always makes his wife a bracelet or three for Christmas, he fills the holes with bakelite and makes them beautiful. Even though they are aluminum they have to be heavy on the wrist. I’ll have to see if I can get him to send me a picture when he gets them finished. 1/2” holes for reference.

 

That looks more like a torq or a bangle!

 

Customer tried to get this off, they just didn’t use big enough pliers

 

Unfortunately that was the easy part. They want these wallered out holes unwallered.

 

Luckily the slot isn’t used so I fired up the spool gun, burn back is real and I despise using the spool gun with aluminum wire in it but when it works, it’s great. Now to weld the rest and grind em.
