    The only OTC supplements I take are a multivitamin and fish oil so that’s not it. My son uses the Liquid IV electrolyte so I had grabbed some packs from him. I used it for 5 days but have stopped for now.

    No energy drinks for me, that stuff gives me the shakes and I’m a life long coffee drinker. I’ve been on my BP meds for over a year now and the palpitations is something that started last week. If you look back in my comments you will find the write up on my trip to the ER for this.
