If you haven’t got any value for a dollar then any value for human kind has likely hit your ass leavin’ the Barn of Life. Sad to think the whole wide world is all about ME. If you don’t want or need it give it to someone less fortunate but being an Ass like that in public would require “wood shed” attitude adjustment therapy at the least.

Didn't know he was there. I drove ¾ of the way back to the woodlot and sat in the truck listening until first light, didn't hear a peep. Walked into the tees at daybreak slow and quiet. Barely got in and (luckily) a crow called and he gobbled only 50 or 60 yds from me. I sat down right there and had a romantic chat with him. Saw him for the first time when he flew down. He gobbled and strutted just out of sight for an hour while we got to know each other then he committed and walked over to me. It was awesome, pretty much textbook. :D

I've got a week left to get another one. Based on how it's gone so far, it's not looking good.

Got everything ready for the new girls today. They arrive Monday. After that we won't see the coop and run looking this fresh for a while.

Wife and I are going to be helping with VBS at church next month and the preachers wife and my wife were talking and they were looking at pictures. My wife said he can make that, you still got that pallet? I said yes.

It’s camping theme and they wanted a dock, we just happen to have a kids kayak as well.

    Got Cole to help me.

At least you didn’t have to make each of those changes yourself…

After I made that change (find/replace $S$ with $W$), I had to refresh my brain on where I needed to edit the macro I have embedded in the file. Hunted that down and it appears that all is back to working again.

Other thing from today - we got a new printer for the building.

No one knew it was coming. It just... appeared. Supposedly "we discussed this last summer." We're still not sure who this "we" is.

And it doesn't work as (assuming everyone is completely inept) we don't have drivers for it. Easy enough to remedy.

And it needs a code that we've never needed to use before.

    That they didn't give us.

Tuesday is going to suck as I'll inevitably have to get it working on about 60 computers and they'll all be chomping at the bit to print something.

    Can't wait.

Well we lost our dear Nanny this afternoon at 97 1/2 years young. She was quite the woman. We named my daughter after her we thought so highly of her.

She led lots of people to the Lord in her time and taught 3rd grade Sunday school into her mid 80's, all while being completely blind. She had a degenerative eye disease that left her blind in her early 60's. Still, she maintained an upbeat attitude and was truly a beacon of light. Widowed in her late 60's, she lived by herself for another 20+ years all while being blind. While I won't get to spend any more time on earth with her, she knew where she was going and I'm sure she's seeing again and enjoying being with her husband in heaven. Congrats on a life well lived...

I can't be sad about this post.

This woman continued to be a productive member of society deep into her 90's...even with a severe visual handy cap.

She helped many, using the extra years she was granted.

Thank you for your post. She was a wonderful woman and helped many.

Hopefully her view on life is passed on to many that she helped.

Much respect! Thankyou again for posting.
