At this point we would happily take the moisture. Spent part of the weekend carrying 5 gallon buckets of water out to our tree row. I honestly couldn't tell you the last time it rained or snowed.

I spent my life in manufacturing, there are almost always opportunities if you are willing to work for them.

 

When I worked nights I put R-board over the bedroom window, it was dark as a cave in there.

 

That would work, but by law not allowed since it isn't West Virginia

 

With the trees and hills that looks a lot like my house -- except I don't have a fence...

...and mine is more shabby and run down...

...and with all the bits - o - tree all over the yard.

It rained at the house this morning. Thankful for it, we've been dry. Last year there were a lot of fires not far from us so we're glad to see some rain with all the dry leaves on the ground and so many trees. Supposed to rain some tomorrow and weds. as well. Hopefully you'll get some in your area soon!

 

After years of working nights, my wife still can't sleep without a fan running.

 

Kid just left for their driving test.

 

Even bein’ off for a Month I wake up at 3:10 like clockwork. Don’t even set an alarm. Work is like the gift that keeps on givin’. Don’t know what it’s like to be Normal. Never was.
