How can you even walk after sleeping in a chair all night?....

So I have weight on the trailer & wheels on the ground -- what do you want to see first?

Walking can be difficult for me to begin with, sleeping in the chair doesn't seem to make it any worse. :notsure:

They say if you want to get ahead get a hat...

And if you want to mow grass get a big d*ck... *cough* deck.

    Will 60" do?

    20250909_112959.jpg

A big whomping engine helps too. :muscleflexing:

    20250909_112945.jpg

My friend Dave's brother got a new mower and gave him the old one. He found out it is just too darn big for an in town lawn, fast too - maxes out at about 9 mph.

Dave could use some cash, I can use a big mower at home so a deal was struck.

    20250909_113039.jpg

Except it won't fit on my trailer...

And then there is the iron.

Dave hadn't been back home 15 minutes when I called him asking if he was up for a little road trip.

We were going to look at a bandsaw that had been sitting in a wood shed for a few decades, with no motor.

    20250909_113232.jpg

The (poor) photos didn't really depict the scale of the machine well. I knew it was a larger model.

    20250909_113153.jpg

    Bloody hell!
The thing weighs almost 700 pounds!

    20250909_113141.jpg

With a come-a-long, chains, straps, boards and a lot of ratcheting (good ol' Dave did that) we got it on the trailer just as the daylight ran out - I owe him a China Buffet trip. ;)

So I ask the fellow "as long as I'm here is there anything else I shouldn't buy?"

He says "There's a drill press in the other shed..."

    :confused::confused::confused:

Drill press my foot... This thing is stunning.

Amazing T slot cast iron table.

    20250909_113334.jpg

It came with this huge vice also, there is a lower rotating section too. This is a two man lift item for sure.:militarypress::militarypress:

    20250909_113217.jpg

It was back in a corner with a wood stove next to it. We got some pipes underneath for rollers and with some cussin' & fussin' got it to the door - repeat with the come-a-long.

    :benchpress:

About 2 hours to load, got back to the garage at 9:30 parked the whole shebang, went home & fell asleep in the chair.

It was a good day. :):)

That is what I'm thinking, haven't measured the track width yet. :fingerscrossed:
