The build era suggests the first job was probably war effort related.

It was too cool to pass on. Now, where to put it?

 

In their older years both my parents ended up sleeping nightly on a recliner and claimed it was the only way they could sleep. My Dad went into the hospital, then to rehab so he was strong enough to go home and managed to convince the staff that he would be fine at home with his "magic" recliner. So they released him before they should have, even though he was too weak to get up out of the recliner. I ended up putting 2 X 4's under the frame to raise it enough so he could get in and out of it. But it made him better!

The mower track is 39", the trailer is 46" between the runways. It would if I still had the wood on there from hauling the mini-x.

Plan B:
Remove the deck and put it on my mower trailer, hopefully it will be up on the hill for many useful years.

The deck is ... heavy.

My FIL bought a new mower with a 60" deck and went to pick it up with the trailer he had for years. The next day he went and bought a new trailer the mower would fit on

 

I got the neighbors walk in door installed, told him I didn't know what I was doing when I started, I think I lived up to that

The plan is that this one stays home, the old New Holland is the back up mower if the in town ZT goes on vacation.

 

Goal achieved.

The good turf tires from the old Ford at home are on the Blue Mule, these 6 ply rated bar tread tires are going on the Ford.

I have done much work over the last 30 years with turf tires & chains, very curious how these compare.

 

How are the tires?
