My water sewer bill!
It’s a mistake I didn’t use 50k gallons a month. Yes I’m in the city but you’d never know it from my back porch.

My Neighbors are great they consider themselves as part owners of the dog!
Short story long 1 morning our dog had a woodchuck by the neck and I grabbed the dogs collar and told him no!
He dropped it but it was hurt and didn’t run off.
I was yelling at the chuck to go and the dog to stay.
My neighbor came out in his boxers to see if I needed help!
Having good neighbors is freaking huge!

 

Our last power outage 2 yrs ago.
Fried squirrel!
Dude from power company was trying to throw the breaker on the transformer.

Oh, they absolutely eat squirrel here, and many other places. I don't, but I wouldn't be opposed to trying it.

People like to hunt them with air rifles for fun mostly though. I wouldn't kill them if I wasn't going to eat them, so pretty much I wouldn't kill them lol.

 

I wouldn't have guessed there was a season for squirrels, I thought they'd be considered pests

 

The weird part about it is that yesterday they had 20 cops, a tactical bomb truck out front of HQ running a drill.

Still hearing conflicting reports but the gist is, the active shooter alarm was engaged in DC, lockdown, somebody sent a text to a family member, said family member called Nasa HQ to report Active shooter, confusion as to what facility they spoke of. Security treated it as an active KSC threat since there wasnt clarity. So they shut the gates and swept the building.

 

Someone at HQ was getting friendly with the secretary and they bumped it probably.

 

Hadn't needed this special tool in a while, had to go find it.
Any of the younger set know what it is for?

 

don't know what it's original intent was, but I know this would've been handy on more than one occasion when you need extra leverage.
