    One thing I miss about the old job is that we had several jerky makers who were always in quiet competition with each other -- there was a lot of "here, try this, this is way better than what _____ makes".
    I'm not one to turn down free samples. :laugh:

    They built a new one 2 miles from our house a few years ago, they are based here out of Salisbury.

    Morning all.
    I've got shop work that needs done but nothing pressing as far as time to finish is concerned.
    Right now at computer looking at other work that's coming up, and then have to cover for 2 different guys absent today. One is a safety meeting and the other a brief for emergency response exercise.
