Having a hard time putting it together... now it’s way to quiet, needed another beer, turned supernatural on..... what other excuses to use just to drag out this process :-/

I feel your pain. I've said many a time putting that stuff together, one day I'll hit the lottery and am going to have real, custom made furniture! I'm not knocking it, I've got my share, just saying

I was looking at a product today and Fastenal was the web page that let me print it. I'll have to have chemistry approval to use it. Not sure how well it works but I've got some Stainless fittings to remove from a Stainless block. The blocks cost 155k and 16 week time to delivery. I had to work my magic and get one stuck one out. One in 20 seized and they want to do over a hundred more.20210120_124739.jpg

You can print the SDS papers from that page as well. It's all in the bit under the photo.

I did that and left them on chemistry guys desk! Yeah that was cool!
I should say the Instrument & Control guys have over a hundred more to do.
My work instructions read something like; fitting is stuck, galled, Ringo..go remove fitting...I'm like o_O
Edit to add; ok, like scrap the caddy Clyde?

Lol, pretty much! Like 3/4" breaker bar and got it to move a tiny bit, then some penetrant spray, back and forth and powered it out. Cleaned up with pipe tap and rinsed thoroughly.

Unseasonably warm 55 degrees today. I had the wife go to the car wash and clean up our sons Blazer and pull it in the garage. I got my inspection mirror out and troublesome light and looked all over and under and didn't see any sign of coolant leak. I was struggling to see the weep hole, on the bottom of water pump. Then seen it on the top side of this pump. I guess have him drive until it springs a really good leak. Be nice to have a pressure tester...maybe a loaner from O'Reilly?

We hit 40 today. With the 40mph wind, it felt like an early Spring day instead of January.
