The smallest hammer one of my former employees (former -- he was a good guy but a walking hazard) had was a 2 pounder -- he couldn't grasp the idea that you can step up from an 8 oz but there is no going back from a 2 pound...

Forever after he left (dismissed) we paid respect to his memory whenever a large hammer was needed by saying "pass me that Wheeler".

 

All the way from page two in June. They finally got them installed. 5/8” thick aluminum bars.

 

Just had a friend and colleague retired 2 years ago to the day I saw him. 30 + years in fire service has rapid form of dementia, completely aphasic, wife has to provide complete care for his daily living, sad made me think

 

That’s awful.

Currently have a coworker who has the nickname Hammer. Apparently his previous job one duty was changing tractor trailer tires and not once but twice his coworkers found him knocked out cold on the shop floor due to a self inflicted blow from a large hammer. I guess trying to break a bead. Also a great guy and good worker.

Welded the sides on the bushhog. Now to get some chains for the back. Had to use the small pipe wrench to straighten part of it
