    TGIF.... another three house showings after work today. Five more tomorrow. So far I've seen 15 houses in the last two weeks. Lots of crap with lipstick smeared on it out there right now for the price of a Madonna.

    @BananaMan ,this advice is critical.
    I was lucky because my wife wasn't working at the time so she's the one that sifted through most of those showings. The one we ended up with was one she previously passed on, but I happen to hear the message on answering machine about a reduced price. We went and looked at it together and I convinced her that was the one. She primarily didn't like that it was just 2 bedrooms upstairs but I told her we could remedy that by moving laundry room downstairs. The nice thing too, is after the kids are gone, everything there to convert it back. I imagine someday if we're lucky to live long enough those stairs could be troublesome.
    One thing for certain in today's housing market, glad I don't need one. A house that could be purchased in say Buckey AZ , when the market was down could be bought for 80-90k now you couldn't touch for less than 250k, probably more. That's in less than 15 years difference.

    Oh, ramble on...good Friday morning crew

    2" sq stock?

    Solar install happening here, today & tomorrow. Going to try to get other things done while that's going on, and I have to keep an eye out for FedEx. Have a couple signature required packages coming. Tomorrow is laundry and packing for work trip to leave on Sunday.
