Put those new fuel lines on the Duramax last week and the return line at the engine is supposed to have this locking clip on the quick connect. The supply one fit good. This return one won’t fit on the new line, time to get creative.

I have had bad cartridges I just use the grease in them for other use depending on type of grease.

I give them a few tries then out they come pop the next one in the case in most times good to go.

Good luck getting this sorted out.

A wife, being the romantic sort, sent her husband a text: "if you are sleeping, send me your dreams. If you are laughing, send me your smile. If you are eating, send me a bite. If you are drinking, send me a sip. If you are crying, send me your tears. I love you!"

The husband, typically non-romantic, replied, "I am on the commode, please advise."

It’s a little beefy but it works. I used .010” feeler gauges to give me a little tightness. I feel better about it not coming off now and spraying fuel everywhere without me knowing it.

A friend put an LS2 in an S-10 and he wanted me to drive it, we rode around the block and I pulled in his driveway and his fuel line came off at the engine. Luckily it didn’t catch on fire

Month four of no plates on my wife's vehicle.

Salesman's reply to my latest inquiry?

Stop in for a new temporary permit. Because driving 5 hours round trip for a piece of paper is super convenient.

What is the hold up, any idea? And why can't the salesman just mail you a new temp tag? Time to go above his head :)

Oof! I have a funny feeling I'm going to be in the same situation. Bought my truck in Maryland so I have 60 days temp tags, but in early 2019 when I bought my 09 Tacoma I didn't get my tag until the very last day... Now with the current world situation I'm betting it'll be worse. This time I don't even need a new tag, I'm just transferring it to the new truck. My only saving grace is here in PA we get our tags through notaries and I know which one they sent the paperwork to. Not the first time I had to show up there to get shit rolling. Ran into the same situation back in 2017 when I bought a car from Virginia. It's a big friggin' racket!

They're blaming the delay on Covid but I'm betting that they were supposed to have taken the plates off of the old vehicle and put them on the new one (or at least given them to us) and didn't do that, even though I asked about that as I wasn't sure how that was supposed to work. I'm then assuming that the plates were tossed so now they're having to scramble to get new plates.

How much do you want to bet that when the plates finally show up, they don't match the tags that I received last week?

I don't even care if I get the temporary permit as I have a second one from them that I never bothered to put up. But just to give him more to do, I've already asked him to mail me one.

Oh how I don't miss the days of walking the shop floor in the morning, and hearing the horrific sound of an end mill crashing into a 150,000 dollar aircraft part on day 2 of 3 of its runtime.

Sends shivers up my spine just thinking about it.

I saw a car yesterday with a temp tag from April 2020, everyone is using the Rona as an excuse to not get their plates around here...

    Meet your new role model:

    https://kfor.com/news/louisiana-dri...1997-told-police-theyve-been-busy-and-forgot/

SLIDELL, La. (WDAF) – A Louisiana driver who was recently pulled over for expired tags must have had quite the last two decades.

The driver reportedly told police, “Sorry, officer. I’ve been busy lately and totally forgot to renew my vehicle registration. I will take care of it as soon as I get home!”

The tag license plate expired in 1997.

My coworker used this excuse on his motorcycle, he's just lazy though. He wound up having to pay a late penalty because he went over the 6 month extension

This is after my boss and I both telling him they were out, months before the late came into play.

I bought my Tacoma in March just before everything went to shit. Since I was working from home and not driving it I didn't really care about the plates and taxes. Then I decided enough was enough, called the NDDOT and told them I needed to give them $2,000. They gave me, of all things, A GMAIL ADDRESS to schedule an appointment.

Emailed them, got a time scheduled and was in and out in 5 minutes. Plates showed up a week later. I could have walked out with them that day if I didn't want the NDSU plates.

This go round has been interesting... Like I said, I think it all boils down to the fact that they were supposed to give us the plates and didn't.
