    I'm building a spare tire hitch adapter on the right side will be a swing away spare mount & on the left a swing away Icechest rack.

    It is if you're going for aircraft tolerances. Most people just say it's 1-1/4".

    Yep I bought 1" grade 8 bolts for the pivots thinking I had it made using 1" pipe I had laying around, I picked up some 1" steel bushings at TSC to make it work.

    Nice! I'm struggling to make a box for those tools I finished a couple weeks ago. Hard to find plywood around the place. I might try making a couple phone calls tomorrow see what I can come up with.
