I need to take an updated pic, with pump, filter, chlorine tab floaty thing, and solar cover. I’m already hating it, wasn’t my idea, but maybe when it’s 90 degrees outside I’ll change my mind!

    A thing or two...
Welp... cheap Chinese parts are crap. I found some bolts just barely long enough, but something is off with the bolt hole spacing and only one bolt will go in. I put it back together with the factory parts. I'll hunt up some genuine Honda parts when I get back from this trip.

Pool came with the house when I bought it, but I barely use it. I get it cleaned and the water right and use it a couple time. Then it sits and gets out of whack; rinse and repeat. The snowpocalypse earlier this year killed the control system for the pump and salt cell. Controller repair is $2000, and a new controller is $3400.

:) much cool stuff going on here in this thread, as usual. Man I been staying very busy around the house, yard work, lawn mower maintenance, kids vehicle maintenance etc...hard to get caught up on anything around TW. Just too much busy stuff since I been gone 5 weeks out of town. I'll try to do better

Go here https://www.partstree.com/?msclkid=1e016d0d90cc1231824d0dadecc751db and click on Honda and track yours down. Genuine Honda carbs aren’t really that much, I’ve bought some for push mowers for less than $30

Wife got and installed some lights. Need a bug zapper like we had as a kid. I used to love when a big moth would get hung in it.

We bought a 15’ above ground pool years ago, it sounded great the first summer with all the frogs in it at night cause we didn’t keep it up. The second summer it got used several times. By the third it was sold to a friend, cheap. We now have a blow up pool for the kids.

My eye is fine, but I’m not sure about @Jtcmedic ! But if I need to admit it, my brain ain’t straight.

I feel you on a not level workspace @Fargo Taco, I had no real references to level. As you can see my shed is off kilter and cati-wampus (as some of us southerners would say)
I had to slope the pavers off the back of the not level shed, then run them downward to semi-level. It’ll work for a play space that the wife can use for pool time during the summer with the boys. After this, it’s onto the camper for upkeep and upgrades to go on our annual north Georgia camping trip!
