Only a set of calipers. Boss man said it was a press fit for a dowel pin. I told him it won't work but I have to prove it. This is a prototype for one of our biggest customers. It's crazy what it is and what they are doing, wish I could share what it is and what it's for.

Yes you do know what it is. It's G-10. Like for knife scales.
I guess I didn't know what you meant by "left a shim" and I couldn't tell which part of which comb you were referring to.

Why I would love to tell you I left the feeding shim :anonymous:or a small space on the top of my hive bees like a certain amount of space between frames this one allows a larger space between the top of their hive and the ceiling which they said oh there’s room let’s build comb in between the feeders. So they left me with a space full of honey.

    A thing or two...
    Fun with airline shenanigans today.

First flight delayed 2.5 hr due to flat tire on incoming flight. Had to change my connecting flight, so I'm getting home 4 hr later than planned.

I'll be home for 2 weeks, then back on the road. One week for sure and possibly two with a hop from NM to AL.

Sure making it hard to get things done. Trying to get the house/shop roofs reshingled, solar install on the shop, tree removal, and I still need to get my pool completely diagnosed/fixed.

In just 23 days we went from wet and green, to dry, dead, and crunchy. Less mowing for me :goingcrazy:

I went through the same thing... 3 weeks with no water! Crunchy grass is not my thing. I watered twice in those 3 weeks for 1 hour each time.... my grass stayed green more so than the neighbors.... then we had a storm come through last night and we got more rain coming this weekend .... so we all good again in the grass growing world. Just mowed Tonight and fertilized. Hoping the rain will do good tomorrow afternoon

I put 50 lb of ammonium nitrate on the front yard the 4th, I think it’s had rain once or twice. I was anticipating the rain to continue like we’d had but I was wrong. Oh well.

I try to fertilize the day before they’re calling for rain. It tends to brown out if it doesn’t get enough water

Yeah I was disappointed in that farmer fix but on the other hand it held up for a long time.
