Shopify Use Them with Caution....Fraudulent Sports Store

I used my iphone to access google that opened a store hosted by shopify, so I am gonna call Steve Job for my $50 back. Also Comcast because it's their fault too.

Not shopify's problem, they're just a online store host. Its the shady seller/company. We run our website off Shopify for 3 years now, we're not scamming people. Just some bad seeds out there using it in a bad way.

 

The vendor doesn’t exist anymore, it’s a common issue with them, they’ll close up and be gone. If you use eBay the buyer is actually protected. My issue comes from not even being able to contact them at all.

If they don’t have a store front and my review only keeps people from using them to start an online store, why do you even give a shit about my review.

Note, you use them as a host, you’ve made that clear.

So if someone made their own website from the ground up.. without using any host... that wouldn't be a problem? You still wouldn't be backed. Any store can close up and be gone. Hell, with eBay, Paypal, etc.. All a seller would have to do is change their card information and the buyer is screwed. Shopify does not in ANY way back ANYONE financially. Us as sellers can be screwed too. We only have one contact for them and it's only for help on setting up our stores. I give a shit because by posting this, you're taking a hit on EVERYONE that uses shopify. That puts a bad taste in people's mouths. All I'm saying is you should be taking shots at only the vendor, not a host that has absolutely nothing to do with the piece of shit who scammed you.

I blame this on millennials. Now even non-millennials think they are the only person in the world and the world should cater solely to them.

You would think with global warming the world would have fewer snowflakes.

 

Bottom line:

Always ALWAYS pay with PayPal Goods & Services, especially if its a vendor you aren't familiar with.

Shopify allows the option for PayPal, Google Pay and apple pay. I'm less likely to buy from any online vendor that doesn't have PayPal as an option simply for the protection it offers me as a buyer.
