The factory one is a perfect fit and looks nice. Decently priced when on sale too...

I got a free mat from an eighties Ford F150. I cut it down to fit the Tacoma and it has worked perfectly for me. It has lasted over 35 years so far... I am sure to get a few more years out of it.

Also could get a horse stall mat. There are various thicknesses available. Just cut to fit.

Agreed - the OEM bedmat is well made - a good product.

Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
Keep checking Facebook Marketplace for local OEM ones going on sale. That's how I got mine for $45. Recommend OEM for fit and sturdyness. There are a few threads on here with aftermarket ones or folks who cut rubber stall mats to fit their tacos.

Another vote for OEM. Also, if you can only find a LB mat, it's possible to cut it down yourself with a utility knife, which is what I did after going from LB to SB.

I bought a used Ford F-150 Mat for super cheap and cut it down to size. It's more reliable than the Actually Ford Truck.

I'm very happy with OEM. Got mine from a Toyota dealer in GA, $86 free shipping a year and a half ago. I've seen them on sale recently though. Keep a eye out and be patient, they'll show up.

OEM is terrible. You guys must not go through the car wash or drive much past the speed limit.
Mine stunk something terrible for weeks and flew out all the time. I finally got tired of pulling off other people's windshields and drilled a couple 1.5" holes in the bed and chained it to the leaf springs.

Dude, I drive like a maniac and mine has never so much as lifted an inch. Was yours maybe warped or something? Or are you driving around without a tailgate? The damn thing is a good 30 lbs or so. I literally can't imagine the aerodynamic forces that would be required to lift it out of my bed... Whatever sick jumps you're doing on the freeway, you've earned my respect!

Only complaint I have about the factory mat is that it had a cool rubberized non-slip surface when I first got it, but after the first year or so of sitting in the sun/etc, things slide around on it now.

I bought the bed mat, bed lights, and locking tailgate...all OEM.

Those extras were not negotiated during the purchase of my truck.

    Bed Mat - $83.09
    Bed Lights - $50.57
    Tailgate Lock - $129.41 + $11 shipping.

Now that I have them, I'm very happy with the results.
